Shawn Lan is the product lead at Revere, where he focuses on investments, asset management, and operational activities.

He was formerly a Capital Markets Associate at Riaz Capital, a $400M Real Estate Private Equity Fund, where he oversaw and supported capital markets activities by working closely with the management team, investment team, and finance team while maintaining a high level of integrity related to sensitive content leveraged in critical company decisions.

Before Riaz Capital, he was a Senior Investment Analyst at ZZ Ventures, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm and an affiliate of ZZ Capital International, a multi-asset financial conglomerate with $240bn AUM. Shawn focused on early and growth stage investments from Pre-A to Series D across various industries, and his notable investments include Ripple, Addepar, Republic, and Decawave.

Shawn holds an M.S. in Actuarial Science from Columbia University and a B.S. in Actuarial Science from the University of International Business and Economics (Beijing).
